The Cornión is the name given to the Western Massif of the Picos de Europa, whose name comes from that when you see his silhouette is shaped like a horn. The highest point of this massif is found in the Santa Peña Castile with its 2,596 meters high. One winter day we toured part of the mountain from Lake Enol Vegarredonda to the shelter through the Vega de Enol and its chapel, the Well of the German, the Canal Conrasu and Justillagar Vega. Touring through the winter in solitude is something really extraordinary overwhelmed by its great beauty.
